If you have received a grant from the Football Foundation and would like information about your project to be featured on our website or printed material in the form of a case study, please take the time to fill in the form below.

Please note, this form is only to be used by those who have received a grant from the Foundation, not those looking to apply for funding. We cannot guarantee every story submitted will be published.

Photography

Ideally we require a photograph of the project in use and a shot(s) of the individual supplying a quote i.e. the individual participating at the project in use is what we are looking for.

Ensure you have written consent to publish the images. The Foundation has a Photography Code of Practice which can be downloaded in order to obtain consent if required.
